- 3 times free repair: We understand that accidents happen, and we want to ensure that your VAALLAN collection remains in good condition. That's why we offer 3 times free repair services for a period of 6 months from the day you received your order. This service is available for all orders in the "Limited Edition" category.
- Free dry cleaning: We want to make sure that your VAALLAN collection always looks its best. As part of our "After Sales Service," we offer free dry cleaning for your items up to 2 times within 6 months. This ensures that your collection stays fresh and well-maintained.
At VAALLAN, we are committed to providing exceptional customer care and support. Our "After Sales Service" is just one of the ways we strive to exceed your expectations and ensure your satisfaction with our exclusive streetwear collections.
Terms and Conditions
To be able to use our "After-Sales Service", only items from the Limited Edition section are eligible, otherwise you will not be able to use this service.
For 3-time repair: The items you send us for repair must be within 6 months and the items must be in repairable condition and our stock of spare parts is available, otherwise we will inform you.
Free dry cleaning: You can request dry cleaning of your purchased items within 6 months of your order for 2 times. You can send it to us and we will sort it out. Your items must be in good condition for dry cleaning, otherwise we will inform you or return your item to you.

How can I know my order is on its way?
All our collections are made to order, we aim to process your order within 5 days but it can take up to 10 days in busy season. Once the process and quality control are complete, your order will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays) and your order will be on its way with a tracking number for easy tracking.

What is the return policy?
Our products are handmade and limited edition. We offer a 7-day return policy. If you received a wrong item or have any problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
